Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet and t-shirt pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party will both take place at the Oval Shelter (next to Ice Skating Rink) within Schenley Park. We will be setting up a large hospitality tent on the section of grass right next to the Shelter with plenty of 60” round banquet tables set up both inside and outside of the tent.

Race Course:

The 5k course is a loop around beautiful Schenley Park with the start/finish line by the Oval Shelter.

Party & Catering:

 The post-race party featuring free beer (four different varieties available) free pizza (from Frank’s)  and other goodies will be staged around the large hospitality tent set up next to the Oval Shelter/Ice Rink. For companies that want to do something a bit more elaborate on the food and beverage side, you are welcome to cater your own company picnic. We will provide comfortable banquet table seating for your entire team, just let us know what you need. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which of course are free. Awards at 8-8:15 for fastest teams and individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of street parking will be available on Overlook Drive, the street adjacent to the event staging area. We will set up an overflow lot and shuttle bus system if needed.

Race Day Registration:

Any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant. All others can also register on race night. All race night entrants unaffiliated with a team can sign up as a guest of the Corporate FunRun team, thus, all runners are welcome. T-shirts are not guaranteed to race night registrants.

Team Referrals:

We love and greatly appreciate team referrals. Provide us with the contact name at a prospective company and get a $50 gift card if they register.
